Build your drink

  1. Pick a base

    Creamy milk tea or a light, refreshing fruit tea.

  2. Choose a size

    Regular or large, depending on how thirsty you are.

  3. Set ice & sweetness

    From no ice to extra, and from not sweet at all to full sugar.

  4. Add toppings

    Brown sugar tapioca pearls or fruity popping pearls.

Our story

From North America to College Street

Holly fell in love with bubble tea in North America. After months of planning, a unit came up in Petersfield's Folly Market, and Honey & Pearls opened in November 2025.

Now Petersfield has its own bubble tea shop, with drinks made to order and a shelf of gifts to browse while you wait.
